Job Description:
Looking for a self-motivated individual that is nerdy enough to keep up on all the latest gadgets and technology. They will use this knowledge to provide the highest level of technical support to our customers in a timely and relationship building manner and to promote company products (GPS, data acquisition, variable rate application equipment, precision solutions, UAV's etc.)


Job Requirements:
Experience in safe operation of farm equipment
High level of situational awareness
Mechanical experience 3+yrs
Electrical experience 3+yrs
Hydraulic experience 3+yrs
Strong computer skills
Be a team player
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to improvise and think outside of the box
Positive and outgoing communication skills
Highly motivated, fast learner
Work well independently with limited supervision
Able to work at heights above 7'


Preferred Candidates:

This candidate will need to stay current on ag technology, promote company products and services, such as GPS, Autosteer, variable rate controls (VRA equipment), and fully autonomous solutions both aerial and ground based. Preferred Candidates:
Demonstrated sales experience in ag
This person would have a personal connection or passion for technology
Working knowledge of precision ag hardware including Ag Leader, John Deere, Trimble, etc.
Experience with GIS mapping software including Ag Leader SMS, John Deere Apex, SST, Farmworks, Pix4D, GlobalMapper, etc.
3+ years experience as a trusted sales professional
Ag crop scouting experience
Previous mechanical experience on agricultural equipment a plus

Job Description:

Conduct and assist with on-farm trials and research, summarize and analyze data, create maps based on collected data, provide seed and fertilizer recommendations based on analysis results, stay current on the latest ag technology, promote company products and services, such as GPS, Autosteer, variable rate controls (VRA equipment), UAVs, etc.

Job Requirements:
​2+ years agronomy experience -- sales or scouting
Knowledge and experience in safe operation of farm equipment/machinery
Ability to safely operate/drive large farm equipment/machinery
Mechanical knowledge/background
Strong computer skills and knowledge of current technology
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Good trouble shooting skills
Positive and outgoing communication skills
Highly motivated, fast learner
Work well independently with limited supervision
Job Preferences:

Seasonal - Soil Sample Technician

Job Description:

Fullfield Ag is looking for multiple highly motivated individuals to help with soil sampling this winter and spring. This project will require travel, therefore qualified candidates must be willing to be gone for extended periods of time.  A truck and equipment will be provided. Sampling will be done by mechanical means, so minimal physical activity will be required. The individual will be responsible for prepping equipment for transport in an enclosed trailer and reasonably maintaining the equipment in proper working order. Each person will operate alone out on the road and be responsible for completing assigned work without supervision.

​Ideal candidates will have 2-3 months to devote to this project.  Anyone looking for some part time work this winter/spring to make some extra cash are encouraged to apply. Top candidates may have the opportunity to continue full time employment after project completion.

Job Requirements:

Ability to safely operate a pickup pulling a 16-foot trailer, less than 10k lbs. through all types of traffic and roads (interstate, city, country)
Ability to navigate to fields based on provided GPS coordinates
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to responsibly and safely operate an ATV
Basic computer skills ex. email, copy files, etc.
Knowledge of basic mechanical skills to maintain and/or fix minor issue that may arise
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Willingness to be on the road for extended periods of time
Willingness to work extended hours each day including weekends when out on the road
Highly motivated
Work well independently with limited supervision
